DCN STAKING

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: March 24, 2022

By staking tokens with Dentacoin Staking platform you are consenting to be bound by, assenting to the terms and conditions of, making representations and warranties set forth in, and will become a party to this nomination agreement.

If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of the nomination agreement, or if any of the representations and warranties set forth in the nomination agreement is inaccurate as applied to you, you must not stake tokens with or otherwise use Dentacoin Staking platform.
1. Staking scope
By staking the platform users send their tokens to the staking pool via a blockchain transaction on Optimism network and earn rewards as a share of the pool fees. Dentacoin Staking runs on Optimism, Layer 2 solution for Ethereum blockchain.

Dentacoin staking can be done only from a personal wallet, connected to https://stakedcn.com via MetaMask or WalletConnect. It is not possible to exchange wallets. Dentacoin Staking platform is available only at: https://stakedcn.com and will NEVER require you to send your private key or seed phrase.
2. Staking rewards
The staking rewards are accumulated in the user account but they are not added to the staked amount. The users can withdraw the rewards at any time to the wallet they used for staking the amount. The rewards are calculated as a percentage of the pool fees in DCN based on the user contribution to the pool. There is no fee to withdraw the rewards except the gas fee for processing of the transaction on the blockchain. It is not possible to withdraw the rewards to a different wallet address.
3. Fees
The following fees apply when joining or withdrawing from the staking pool:
• 2% pool fee of the staked amount in DCN
• Gas fee in ETH on Optimism for processing of the transaction on the blockchain. The gas fee varies depending on the gas price levels. For 30Gwei gas price the approximate values are: for staking - 0.00013755930891 Ether ($0.38); for rewards withdrawal - 0.00013145974359 Ether ($0.36); for unstaking - 0.00013732167623 Ether ($0.38). These fees do not depend on Dentacoin Staking platform and go directly to the miners on the blockchain for processing of the transactions.
The pool fee does not apply to withdrawals of rewards.
4. Withdrawals
Users can withdraw your staked amount or claim the rewards at any time. The fees section in article 3 provides information about the applicable fees. When withdrawing the full amount of staked DCN tokens, the rewards are also automatically withdrawn with the same transaction.

For more information about how Google Analytics handles user data, see Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.
Demographic data collection by Google Analytics Our Sites and Applications use Google Analytics' demographic features. This allows reports to be generated containing statements about the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and third-party visitor data. This collected data cannot be attributed to any specific individual person. You can disable this feature at any time by adjusting the ads settings in your Google account or you can forbid the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section "Refusal of data collection".
5.3. Facebook Pixel
Our Sites and Applications measure conversions using visitor action pixels provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). These pixels allow the tracking of site visitors’ behavior after they click on a Facebook ad to reach the provider's website. This allows an analysis of the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and their future optimization.

The data collected is anonymous to us as an operator of our Sites and Applications and we cannot use it to draw any conclusions about our users' identities. However, the data are stored and processed by Facebook, which may make a connection to your Facebook profile and which may use the data for its own advertising purposes, as stipulated in the Facebook privacy policy. This will allow Facebook to display ads both on Facebook and on third-party sites. We have no control over how this data is used. Check out Facebook's privacy policy to learn more about protecting your privacy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

We use Facebook Custom Audiences to improve our targeting capabilities and thus enhance our advertising activities. The process includes uploading lists of emails, phone numbers and other data of existing customers. This data is hashed locally in advance, cross-referred against the Facebook existing users' hashed IDs, and then the matches are added to our Custom Audiences. Please note that hashing turns all your data into short fingerprints that can't be reversed. It happens before your data is sent to Facebook.

For more information on Custom Audiences, please visit: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/341425252616329

You can also deactivate the custom audiences remarketing feature in the Ads Settings section at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. You will first need to log into Facebook.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you can opt-out of usage-based advertising from Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.
5.4. Cookies
Our Site uses cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies help make our Site more user-friendly, efficient, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Cookies that are necessary to allow electronic communications or to provide certain functions you wish to use are stored pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1, letter f of GDPR. The Sites and Applications’ operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies to ensure an optimized service provided free of technical errors. If other cookies (such as those used to analyze your surfing behavior) are also stored, they will be treated separately in this Privacy Policy.
You can choose to enable all cookies or adjust settings from the cookie bar on our Sites and Applications.

There are two types of cookies we use:
- Persistent cookies remain on a user’s device for a set period of time specified in the cookie. They are activated each time that the user visits the website that created that particular cookie.
- Session cookies are temporary. They allow website operators to link the actions of a user during a browser session. A browser session starts when a user opens the browser window and finishes when they close the browser window. Once you close the browser, all session cookies are deleted.
You can configure your browser to inform you about the use of cookies so that you can decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when closing your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our Sites and Applications.

The cookies we use can be additionally classified as follows:
- Strictly necessary cookies are essential to navigate around a website and use its features. Without them, you wouldn’t be able to use basic services like registration or login. These cookies do not gather information about you that could be used for marketing, nor do they track where you've been on the Internet.
Example of how we use strictly necessary cookies: Allowing you to sign in to Dentacoin Sites and Applications as a registered user.
- Performance cookies collect data for statistical purposes on how visitors use a website, they don’t contain personal information such as names and email addresses, and are used to improve your user experience on our Sites and Applications.
Example of how we use performance cookies: Gathering data about visits to the website, including numbers of visitors and visits, length of time spent on the site, pages clicked on or where visitors have come from.
Information supplied by performance cookies helps us to understand how you use the website; for example, whether or not you have visited before, what you looked at or clicked on and how you found us. We can then use this data to help improve our services. We generally use independent analytics companies to perform these services for us and when this is the case, these cookies may be set by a third-party company (third-party cookies).
If you have registered with our Sites and Applications, we can combine the data from the web analytics services and their cookies with the information you have supplied to us, so that we can make your experience more personal or tailor your emails with the content you might find more interesting. We would only do this if you have given us permission to communicate with you. Sometimes the data used from the web analytics companies has been collected before you registered or signed in. In these cases, if we use this data to identify you, we use it only in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Functionality cookies allow users to customize how a website looks for them: they can remember usernames, language preferences and regions, and can be used to provide more personalized services.
Example of how we use functionality cookies: Remembering your cookie preferences and adapting the way our Sites and Applications function based on it.
- Marketing cookies are used to deliver advertisements more relevant to you, but can also limit the number of times you see an advertisement and be used to chart the effectiveness of an ad campaign by tracking users’ clicks. They are usually placed by third-party advertising networks with a website operator’s permission but can be placed by the operator themselves. They can remember that you have visited a website, and this information can be shared with other organizations, including other advertisers. They cannot determine who you are, though, as the data collected is never linked to your profile.
The main ways we use advertising cookies are set out below:
• Interest-based advertising;
• Retargeting;
• Social media;
• Customer support.
Without these cookies, online advertisements you encounter will be less relevant to you and your interests and we will not be able to process your chat inquiries properly.
